Job Summary

The Financial Integrity Network (FIN) is currently accepting applications for a paid Fall internship with a start date in September  2019. Interns will be assigned to work in areas that cut across FIN’s diverse lines of service based on their knowledge, skills, and the needs of the company.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive research and analysis support for the firm's principals and staff on a wide variety of projects;
  • Assisting in complete lifecycle development of reports and presentations;
  • Assisting in logistical preparations in support of major events and team travel;
  • Administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling, coordinating client meetings, organizing company files and reports, and greeting guests;
  • Assisting staff with media monitoring and news briefs; and
  • Other projects as assigned.

FIN’s interns are self-motivated individuals well suited to a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment. As a rapidly growing firm, FIN is looking for an individual with a wide variety of skill-sets who is ready to take on a new challenge each day.

An ideal candidate will:

  • Have an outstanding ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written format;
  • Write in a compelling and concise professional fashion;
  • Have a background in International Relations / Political Science, with a partial understanding of counter-illicit financing and financial security;
  • Possess strong organizational, proofreading, and clerical skills; 
  • Work well in a collaborative environment;
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required. Strong, proven research skills are also preferred; and
  • Spanish Speaking ability is a plus.
